At Med-Shred, our journey began with two passions: a dedication to healthcare and a love for fitness. As a nurse and paramedic with years of frontline experience, I have witnessed the immense physical, mental, and emotional demands placed on healthcare professionals. I've also personally felt the weight of these challenges—working through long shifts, navigating the highs and lows, and often putting self-care on the back burner. At the same time, my business partner, Brad Thies, has spent years as a Certified Personal Trainer (CET), helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through tailored programs and expert guidance. His passion for fitness and commitment to helping others complements my healthcare background, creating a powerful foundation for Med-Shred. Together, we bring a unique blend of healthcare experience and fitness expertise to address the challenges faced by healthcare professionals. We understand firsthand the toll this lifestyle can take.
